The Company

Niigata’s first presence in the USA was at IMTS 1980. In 1986 Niigata incorporated with G&W Machine in Windsor, CT, under the name of Niigata/G&W, Inc. In 1994 Niigata moved its corporate headquarters to the Chicago area and changed the name to Niigata Machinery USA Co., Inc. In 2004 the assets of Niigata Machinery USA Co., Inc. were merged into SNK America, Inc. In 2016 Niigata Machine Techno USA, Inc. was established as a wholly owned subsidiary under the umbrella of Niigata Machine Techno Co., Ltd
