High precision & stability due to rigid flying box structure
• The axis drive unit is located above the machining area and has a flying box structure that evenly releases thermal expansion. The machine is highly rigid, with spindle rigidity equivalent to #40, enabling large-diameter tools to be used in a wide range of processes.
Compact machine with reduced machine width
• The machine width is reduced to 1600 mm with the column traverse type to reduce the line installation area. Compared to the table traverse type, the line width can be reduced by about 40%, leading to more efficient use of factory space. (% is a comparison with our machine)
High productivity and flexibility
A wide range of jig types and tables can be supported by fixing the jig position. • • • • Chips are collected directly under the jig to minimize accumulation. The tool change system uses a magazine direct change system to improve stability and productivity.
